The Story

The Peerless Black 2500 is one of the largest direct drive compressors on the market, designed for the building industry and the home handyman. It produces 154 litres per minute of free air delivery yet stays compact, light and portable, fitting easily in the back of a utility. It suits framing and finishing guns but is not suitable for a coil gun; for coil gun work we recommend the belt driven Peerless Black 14000. It is offered with a standard 30 litre tank and a twin tank configuration.

As a light industrial machine it packs plenty of punch within its limits, so for high air demand step up to a larger belt drive and check your air tools' flow requirements. As with all piston compressors, keep within the duty cycle, and make sure site voltage stays above 230 volts, using extra air hose rather than long extension leads to avoid voltage drop.
