Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and product details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping crate or box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Facility
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our central industrial distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
