Banlaw 1000 Series dry break refuelling nozzles allow equipment filling speeds to be maximised. Considered the pinnacle in dry break automatic shut-off hardware, these durable nozzles reduce fuelling process times and enable significant productivity gains, with flow rates up to 1,000 litres per minute. They are compatible only with Banlaw 1000lpm 43 Series receivers, such as the BRM43K and BFCV43 Series products.
Banlaw nozzles offer high reliable flow rates and a proven safety record, with a dependable ball locking mechanism so nozzles cannot fly off and a Dry Break design that minimises leaks and spills. Predominantly of all-metal construction, they have a dramatically extended serviceable life.
Banlaw produces Dry Break Nozzles in a variety of spring settings so refuelling pressure can be customised for a site or a specific machine. The Medium setting is the industry standard, the Light setting shuts off at lighter back pressure for specialist situations such as large thin-walled tanks, and the Heavy setting overcomes flow resistance from multiple fuelling components and long remote-fill pipework. Refuelling problems related to a specific machine should usually be overcome by changing the receiver rather than the nozzle.
