TRADEQUIP Parts Wash Concentrate

TradeQuip Parts Washer Concentrate is a water based, safer alternative to solvent based degreasers, formulated for cleaning and degreasing automotive, engineering and industrial parts in TradeQuip parts washers and on washable surfaces. It rapidly dissolves grease deposits and oily films even under heavy grime loads, and is free from petroleum, solvents, aromatic compounds, phenols, chlorinated solvents and biologically hard ingredients.

Used as recommended at a dilution of one part concentrate to five parts water, it will not affect rubber, plastics, glass, fully cured paintwork and most metals. It inhibits ferrous metal corrosion and does not form stable emulsions, making it suitable for oil and solvent recovery equipment. Apply the solution with a brush or dip parts in the immersion wash tank, then rinse with clean water and dry. Apply a rust protection coating to ferrous metals before storage, and always wear PPE and safety glasses.
