PIUSI Grease Pump Kit 20KG with Cart & Control Valve

The Piusi Grease Pump Kit 20KG (GPK-20KG), available from GO Industrial, is a complete pneumatic grease dispensing package built around the proven Piusi P60:1 Booster pump. Designed for workshops, fleet maintenance bays, construction sites and industrial facilities, this kit includes everything you need to pump high-viscosity grease directly from a 20kg drum - no fuss, no missing parts.

Unlike standard grease gun kits, this configuration features a heavy-duty grease control valve rated to 7,500 PSI with Z swivel and 150mm steel extension with coupler, giving you precise dispensing control at the point of use. The double-acting pneumatic pump delivers consistent pressure with air consumption of just 130-160 L/min at 4-7 BAR operating pressure, while running below 77 dB - one of the quietest grease pumps on the market.

The kit comes mounted on a sturdy 2-wheel drum trolley for easy mobility around the workshop or job site, complete with a 300mm follower plate, drum cover and 4 metres of 1/4" high-pressure hose.

Air Supply Requirements

This kit requires a compressed air supply of 4-7 BAR with a minimum air flow of 160 L/min. Ensure your compressor can sustain the required air flow for continuous operation. A moisture trap / air filter regulator is recommended on the air inlet to protect the pump.
