The Story

The BFS series butterfly valve has a 316 stainless steel body, PTFE coated 316 stainless steel disc and a PTFE coated NBR seat, making it suited to a wide range of high end applications. These wafer butterfly valves fit all standard flanges and are driven by a high quality anodised aluminium spring return pneumatic actuator (rack and pinion design), giving a fail safe position should air be lost. The bonded cartridge design gives a longer life span, allows vacuum to be run through the valve and makes the seat replaceable if ever required.
