GO BOX Self Bunded Tank Hose Kit

Overview

Everything needed to connect a diesel generator to a GO BOX self bunded tank for continuous fuel supply. The kit is factory assembled and tested on a GO BOX tank before dispatch, so it arrives ready to run.

Two 10 metre Alfagomma hoses carry diesel between the tank and the generator, one for supply and one for return. A 316 stainless steel suction spear with a foot valve draws clean fuel from above the tank floor and holds prime on the line, while a matching stainless return carries unused fuel back to the tank. Every connection uses 1/2" ISO 7241-A dry break couplings, so the generator can be connected or isolated in seconds with minimal fuel loss.

Kit contents

• 2 x Alfagomma 12.7mm (1/2") ID x 10m fuel suction and delivery hose, 1/2" male BSP ends
• 1 x 316 stainless steel suction spear with foot valve, terminating in a 1/2" 316 stainless 90 degree male elbow, tank mounted
• 1 x 316 stainless steel return assembly with a 1/2" 316 stainless 90 degree male elbow, tank mounted
• 3 x quick release coupling, 1/2" ISO 7241-A female BSP
• 3 x quick release coupling, 1/2" ISO 7241-A male BSP
• Factory mechanical fitting, testing and consumables allowance

The three male and three female couplings pair so each hose end and the tank connections mate correctly, and either hose can run as supply or return.
