The Story

Fusion bonded epoxy coated ductile iron ball check valve, flanged to AS4087 PN16 / AS2129 Table E, with stainless steel fasteners and an NBR coated steel ball. This self cleaning check valve is ideal for applications where debris is present, such as pump stations and sewerage, where other check valves cannot be used.

A minimum back pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 BAR, depending on size, is needed for a complete seal. It is full bore with a low pressure drop across the valve, offers silent operation and has a removable bonnet for cleaning or changing the ball without disassembling the pipeline. It can be installed on a horizontal or vertical axis.
