The Story

This spring return pneumatic actuator uses the latest rack and pinion design to give a long service life with light weight and high performance. The unit springs back to its rest position in the absence of air, making it well suited to fail safe applications. Features include end of stroke adjustment, a visual indicator, a Namur interface and an ISO mounting interface.

Options include an IP67 limit switch box with visual indicator, Namur direct mount solenoid valves and a range of inserts to step the drive down. The body is anodised aluminium with epoxy coated aluminium end caps, a nickel plated steel pinion and 316 stainless steel fixings, covering sizes from 50mm to 270mm.
