A 90 degree turn spring return, fail safe electric actuator. It is mainly used in critical situations where no compressed air is available, such as solar powered oil pipeline and irrigation stations. A robust powder coated aluminium housing is built to IP67 weatherproof standards, with a buffered spring return mechanism that fails safe on loss of power. It comes with a visual position indicator and voltage free contacts for end of stroke feedback, and a manual override is available on request.
Optional items include limit switches, modulating control (4-20mA, 1-5VDC, 2-10VDC), explosion proof IECEx, special voltages including 415V 3 phase, a local control unit, potentiometer (1K or 5K OHM), torque limiter, current position transmitter (4-20mA), heater, high speed open and close, and a floating controller.
