The Story
The Husky Safe-T-Break breakaway couplings are designed to disconnect the refuelling system so the hose breaks away from the pump if a vehicle drives off with the nozzle still attached to the fill point. By separating cleanly, the coupling stops the whole pump system being pulled away from the installation and prevents fuel spilling onto the forecourt. This coupling is re-usable, so it can be reconnected and put back into service again and again.
